[notacon-announce] Schedule is live!

The schedule for Notacon is now published and live.  We will be tweaking it 
and working out some of the kinks tonight and tomorrow.  However, this 
should be (to the best of our knowledge) the schedule as it will play out at 
Notacon.

All of us on the core team are really excited and looking forward to all of 
the opportunities Notacon will bring.  If you haven't decided on attending 
yet, we hope this will help sway you to do so!
