[notacon-announce] CFP NOW OPEN!

Tonight we published the 2006 Call for Proposals!  You can find the details 
for this years topic at http://www.notacon.org/cfp.html.  Our deadlines for 
proposals are listed at the top of that page, but don't delay, we want to 
have the speaker list ready to display at Shmoocon in January.

I also published the new Anything But Ethernet rules at 
http://www.notacon.org/events.html#abe.  This year we've decided to simplify 
the categories to make it easier to judge.  Keep in mind that these might 
change a little as we approach the conference, but we think this simpler set 
of guidelines will make it easier for more people to participate as well.
