[notacon-announce] Group rate registrations closing soon!

For those that wish to take advantage of Notacon's group rate
registration, please be aware that you have through Friday, March
20th, to register and pay before it closes for this year.
Instructions can be found on the Notacon registration information page

The minimum group size to potentially qualify for a group rate is six people.

You also still have time to get in your Notacon shout-outs for
inclusion in the program!  $20 gives you a Twitter-length message and
also helps us fund the event.  Come on, you know you want to!
