[notacon-announce] CFP and TShirt Contest Update

The second early acceptance deadline is approaching on December 15th,
and we’ve not seen as many submissions as we usually have by now. That
said, we’re also working with a few new groups and lining up more
invited presenters, which means less general speaker slots will be
available.

Our submission guidelines have changed a little bit this year so
please make sure to read them before sending in your submission.

***TShirt Design Competition***

This year Notacon is opening the T-Shirt Design Contest much earlier
than in past years. This is in response to the comment about
pre-ordering a shirt without knowing what it will look like. Designs
are now due by February 1, 2010. This way the t-shirt design will be
published at the same time that the full speaker list becomes
available.

Also, we’ve upped the ante with new prizes this year. The winner of
the contest will receive:
 * A free shirt containing their design in their size
 * $50 in Notacon Merchandise
 * A full badge set from Notacons 1-6
